Established in 1993 near Manassas, Holly Forest is a unique community of 69 homes located roughly 30 miles from Washington, D.C., in one of the fastest-growing counties in the state of Virginia. Unlike the traditional, cookie-cutter feel of modern suburbia, Holly Forest is nestled away within a sprawling wooded area, creating a more intimate feel for the residents and a little seclusion from the hustle and bustle of daily life in the D.C. area.
